hi i have exchange 2010 enviroment, all of the users have primary mailbox and archive mailbox. whan i'm searching an item in my outlook 2010 on all mailbox items, i'm not able to open the item. if i'm going manualy to the archive mailbox everyting is working. what can be the problem?

I had a similar problem with Outlook 2010 prior to SP1. I could open some items, but not all. Have you updated your Outlook? What about OWA, does it work there?MCTS: Messaging | MCSE: S+M

Could you please try this hotfix? http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2540106 Also try to re-create Outlook profile and re-bulit Outlook Index. Test if it is same when Outlook work in cached mode or online mode.

ok the office 2010 sp1 solved the problem know i'm looking at my owa and i'm see that searching only in the primary mailbox, the search is ignoring from the archive mailbox. why?
